1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Calendar Call ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Calendar Call is an AI-powered calendar reminder service that:

  • Syncs with your device calendar
  • Makes automated phone calls to remind you of upcoming events
  • Sends push notifications as backup reminders
  • Generates personalized reminder content using AI

3. Account and Phone Number

To use Calendar Call, you must provide a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate phone number information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Calendar Call offers free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited to 10 calls per month
  • Basic ($2.99/month): Up to 100 calls per month
  • Pro ($5.99/month): Unlimited calls with additional features

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Use the service to harass or spam others

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That calls will always be delivered successfully
  • Specific timing of reminder calls

Phone call delivery depends on network conditions, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reminder content is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should not rely solely on Calendar Call for critical reminders.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Echeverria Designs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echeverria Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed appointments or events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echeverria Designs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
